Hey There,

One quick note before you contact us, keep in mind we’re a small business owned an operated by skiers, we have ONE hard working department that does everything and we take pride in designing, manufacturing and assembling almost all of our products here on the East Coast in the USA. We also guarantee everything we make, built to last or we’ll replace it for free.

That being said, No we probably won’t match the speed of mega retailers like Amazon Prime who have a bazillion employees and even their own shipping service. We aim to offer high quality products and we’re working on faster production and shipping, we’re faster today than we were yesterday, we constantly strive for better service.

If you placed an order we’re working on it!

Here are some reasons that you should definitely contact us about:

😬 I made a mistake in my shipping address ie I put CT instead of UT as my state (We will probably also catch it when we buy your shipping label)

😬 I live in an area prone to porch pirates so I want to be there when my package arrives so it’s not stolen

😬 My order is being delivered to a vacation house, hotel, ski resort (just tell us ahead of time please and we’ll make sure it gets there, sometimes hotels or resorts are oblivious and won’t even tell you your package is at the desk 😩)

😬 I accidentally ordered twice

😬 I think the USPS lost my package

😬 I made a typo in my email address and I’m not receiving my tracking info

😬 The usps dropped my package from 35000 ft or I accidentally broke a piece, either way, not to worry, we will more than likely replace it free of charge

😎 I have a question about anything related to skiing, ski technique, ski gear, ski products ( and maybe we can also help answer that question for the ski community, so ask away : )

😎 I own or work for a ski shop and want to sell East Coast Skiing products

Here are some reasons that you should NOT contact us about:

😩 I need constant updates… dude this will literally delay your order we can’t ship your order and personally update you, tracking is automatically sent to you, if that’s not enough maybe call up a buddy and go skiing? Take a sick day and go skiing? We’ll get you your order ASAP, if waiting is causing you anxiety, take a few deep breaths, go tune your skis and let us ship your order eh, we work super hard to get orders out as quickly as possible, let us work : )

We prefer most questions by text, secondly email and lastly DM on instagram, we aren’t on social media that often.
