Before reaching out, here’s a quick note:
We’re a small, skier-owned and operated business with one hardworking team that designs, manufactures, and assembles nearly all of our products right here on the East Coast, USA. We take pride in our craftsmanship and back everything we make with a guarantee—built to last, or we’ll replace it for free.
That said, while we strive for fast production and shipping, we can’t match the speed of mega retailers like Amazon Prime (who have their own shipping fleets and a bazillion employees). What we can promise is high-quality products, continuous improvement, and great service. We’re faster today than we were yesterday, and we’ll be even faster tomorrow!

When You Should Contact Us:
📦 Shipping Address Mistake – If you entered the wrong state (e.g., CT instead of UT), no worries, we’ll probably catch it when we purchase your shipping label because it won’t be a real address, but feel free to let us know just in case.
📦 Delivery Concerns – If you live in an area prone to package theft or need to be present for delivery, let us know, and we’ll work with you to ensure a smooth arrival.
📦 Vacation/Home Delivery – If your order is being shipped to a hotel, ski resort, or vacation home, please give us a heads-up. Some locations don’t notify guests about packages!
📦 Duplicate Orders – Accidentally placed the same order twice? No worries—just reach out, and we’ll fix it.
📦 Lost Package – If USPS seems to have misplaced your order somewhere at the summit of Jackson Hole, just let us know, and we’ll help sort it out. Packages are insured and tracked.
📦 Email Address Error – If you’re not receiving tracking updates, you may have entered an incorrect email. We can update it for you.
📦 Damaged Product – Whether USPS mishandled your package or you accidentally broke a piece, we’ve got your back—we’ll likely replace it free of charge.
🎿 Ski-Related Questions – Need advice on ski gear, technique, or products? Yew! We love talking skiing and might even share the answer with the ski community!
🎿 Retail Inquiries – If you own or work at a ski shop and want to carry East Coast Skiing products, yew! let’s talk!
When You Should NOT Contact Us:
🚫 Constant Order Updates – Reaching out repeatedly for personalized updates will only slow us down. Tracking info is sent automatically so if you didn’t get it check your spam folders or maybe you mistyped your email, in that case let us know! If waiting stresses you out, take a deep breath, tune your skis, go skiing. Our priority is to get your order out as soon as possible.
